About
01.

Cupping is one of the oldest and most widely used practiced medical treatments known to history. By creating lifting and pulling effects on the body, it releases tight and rigid tissue, drains fluids and toxins, and brings back in healthy blood flow. Cupping overall has revitalizing properties that are beneficial to everyone!

Massage, or manual therapy, is the use of therapeutic touch to aid in overall tissue health, movement and posture of the body. As massage therapists it is within our scope of practice to use tissue manipulation through gliding, friction, rubbing and pressure. There is an endless supply of benefits that massage therapy can have on the body and your overall state of well being.

03.

Negative pressure is the application of light suction and lifting within the tissue, allowing the toxins and waste that are stored deeply within the body to be properly drained throughout the lymphatic system. There are over 500 lymph nodes in the human body that aid our integral part of overall healthfulness. Negative pressure lymphatic drainage can be extremely beneficial towards pre and post operative conditions and may even assist in the healing process.
